With over 22 years of experience in education, I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting student and educator growth. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Akron and a Master’s in Education from the University of Dayton. My career has included roles as a K-3rd autism teacher and ABA technician, middle school science teacher, school-based educational coach, and district-based coach for Polk County Schools' Teaching and Learning Department. These experiences have shaped my commitment to purposeful and holistic education, where every learner's unique strengths are valued, and growth is fostered through curiosity and intentional teaching practices
