Hello Wildcats, this is my fifth year at McKeel Academy and my 15^th year teaching English and Reading in Polk County. This year, I am teaching 12^th Grade English Honors, 12th Grade English, as well as 11th and 12^th grade Intensive Reading. 

I received my bachelor’s at the University of South Florida and my Master’s in Education Leadership through the American College of Education. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my son and doing Martial Arts. I am currently a fourth degree black belt in Taekwondo. 

I am excited to join the Wildcats team this year and am easily reached through email and welcome both parent and student questions. Here’s to a great year!
