💚 Hey Wildcats!  I'm Mrs. Baine. 💙

Location: You will find me in Building 15, room 103.

Courses :

  • College Success - SLS1101 Fall Semester 2026
  • General Leadership - SLS1261 Spring Semester 2027
  • English 4 Honors - Seniors
  • English 3 - Juniors

Supplies:  Students will need a charged iPad, charger, earbuds or headphones, large spiral notebook with lined paper for writing, optional Apple pencil or stylus, and some pen or pencils.  Our classroom always needs tissues and Clorox wipes - if you or your parents want to help out with this.

Credentials:  I earned my Bachelors degree in Public Relations, English and Secondary Education from Florida Southern College, and my M.Ed  in Educational Leadership & Administration from North Carolina State University. My career as an educator started with teaching 11th grade English at Lake Gibson High School. I have served in middle school and high school classrooms teaching English, Family & Consumer Science, and Education courses. I have also served in the roles of testing coordinator, academic dean, and assistant principal in local public schools. My experience at the collegiate level involved teaching dual enrollment courses through Southeastern University and serving as a college administrator at Wake Forest University and Florida Southern College in the areas of Student Life and Residence Life.

About Me: When I'm not on campus, I spend my free time with my husband and teens on our farm in North Lakeland. We have cows, dairy goats, chickens and our dog, Benelli. I love to travel and discover new places. Sunrises in the barn, sunsets on a beach, the occasional Chick-Fil-A cherry coke, and being a proud native Floridian are things that make me happy.

Let me know how I can help you!

💙 Go Wildcats! 💚
