THIS IS MY 2ND YEAR AT SOUTH TEACHING SPANISH FOR OUR SPANISH IMMERSION PROGRAM! I LOVE IT HERE AT SOUTH. I taught Spanish for 10 years at Lawton Chiles Middle Academy. I also taught Spanish at MAT for 5 years.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and Communications from the University of Arizona. I also have a Master's in Education from Florida Southern College. I was Teacher of the Year at Lawton Chiles Middle Academy in 2016. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with smaller children and introduce the beautiful language of Spanish, as well as the culture and traditions of countries such as Spain, Mexico, Cuba, etc.
