Hi, Wildcats! I’m Miss Phillips and I graduated from Southeastern University magna cum laude with my bachelor’s in history in 2019. My concentration focused on the United States so I am elated to be teaching my favorite subject to our 8th graders! I was a part of Alpha Phi Theta, a national honors organization of history students and professors, and created a podcast about history during my undergrad studies. I worked as a teacher’s assistant to our provost at SEU, have served as a substitute teacher in North Carolina where I am originally from, and started my career in full-time teaching last year at the best school in Florida—McKeel!
