Social Studies Team

I've taught 12th Grade Economics and Government classes (regular, honors, and AP) here at McKeel Academy since 2004.  This year I will be teaching new subjects for me - World History and World History Honors - and a new grade level (10th).  I look forward to the opportunity and the challenge.

I double-majored in Political Science and Speech at Westminster College (PA).  Following graduation, I spent nearly 21 years as a U.S. Marine Intelligence Officer before retiring from that first career in 1998.  I got my Master's Degree in teaching from USF in 2005. 

I am looking forward to a great year!
