Learn Something About Me

Hello Everyone!

I am Mr. Daub and I am looking forward to my first year at McKeel Academy as the inclusion mathematics teacher!  I am a liberal arts graduate of Charter Oak State College, and my current State of Florida certifications include Mathematics 6-12 and Exceptional Student Education K-12.  I come to McKeel from Lakeland Highlands Middle School, where I served as inclusion teacher in mathematics, science, and social studies.  In addition to these duties, I was the resource mathematics teacher, as well as an ESE case manager.

My personal interests include history and music.  I am a former violinist with the Venice Symphony, and I am currently an on-call extra with the Orlando Philharmonic.  I am married with four adult children, as well as eight grandchildren ranging in age from two to nineteen.

My inclusion role will bring me into selected classrooms as a second teacher to support students who find that they are struggling with mathematics.  Additionally, any McKeel Academy student may email me to arrange tutoring.  I am available to all students in any mathematics, science, or history courses.
