Angel Fowler
Medical Academy Team
Welcome, Wildcats!
I’m proud to be part of the Medical Academy team and excited to begin my sixth year of teaching future healthcare professionals.
Before entering education, I spent many years working as a Registered Nurse after earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas. My experience spans a wide range of hospital units, including time as a critical care nurse and float nurse, allowing me to care for patients across multiple specialties. That diverse background fuels my passion for preparing students to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment.
This year, I am teaching Health Science 2, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) courses. I also proudly serve as one of our school’s HOSA-Future Health Professionals advisors, helping students develop leadership skills and connect with real-world medical experiences.
Outside of school, I love paddle boarding in the mountains and traveling with my family—activities that recharge me and inspire my work every day.
I look forward to supporting and inspiring the next generation of healthcare workers as they discover their potential and pursue their goals in this vital field.
